Lisa Vetten is manager of the Gender Unit at the
Centre for the Study of Violence
and Reconciliation in South Africa.
Cathy consulted with Lisa during her trips to South Africa in
2001 and 2002 to film THE MAN WHO STOLE MY MOTHER'S FACE. Although she does
not appear in the main film, Lisa played a key role in helping Cathy understand
the challenges that face South Africa's justice system, and provided a well-informed
perspective on what improvements have really been made. |
